Help Us Save The Trees

Southern Calvert Land Trust asks for your help in controlling the spread of invasive English Ivy this winter on both conserved “open space” lots and participating homeowner lots in the Drum Point neighborhood.

Let's all do our part and encourage community stewardship of our vital neighborhood forest ecosystems.

Ivy League volunteer workdays are held Saturday mornings from 9-11am, (weather permitting).

Volunteers are encouraged to bring gloves, clippers, and water—although some supplies will be available. Tick repellent and poison ivy wipes will be provided if needed. Volunteer days are open to ages 12+. Minors must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

No experience needed.

We thank you for your support in this effort!
